The Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) team at DIT have newly created opportunities to offer a Level 4 Apprenticeship for Fullstack Developers with Python and/or React to lead the development of integrated digital services central to DIT's ability to meet its objectives.

DIT code in the open, using Python (Django) and React and as a Software Developer, you will collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary Agile product team, working on different services that support and promote UK trade.

As a Software Developer in DIT, you’ll develop software to meet user needs, collaborating with colleagues in a multidisciplinary Agile product team. We’re recruiting for roles across different teams, each working on different services that support and promote UK trade. Responsibilities

• You will design, code, test, correct and document simple programmes of scripts
• You will work as part of a team to support the design components for large projects
• You will develop an understanding of the types of security controls used to mitigate security threats
